This portfolio has been published in an edition of 250 copies. The ten photographs were selected by the artist from the exhibition Eliot Porter: Intimate Landscapes, The Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York. The dye-transfer prints were made under the supervision of Eliot Porter by Berkey K&L, New York. The portfolio was designed by Eleanor Morris Caponigro and printed letterpress from Centaur and Arrighi types on Rives Heavyweight by Michael & Winifred Bixler, Boston.
